Beincom ("we", "us", "our", or "Company") operates a Community Builder platform ("Platform") that enables users to create, share, and interact with content, including user-generated content. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information from users who access or use our Platform.

Information we collect.

We collect the following types of information from users who access or use our Platform:

• Information you provide to us: When you create an account on our Platform, we collect your name, email address, and password. If you choose to provide additional information to complete your profile or participate in community features, we may collect information such as your profile picture, location, and other demographic information.

• Information we collect automatically: When you access or use our Platform, we automatically collect information about your device and your use of the Platform. This information may include your IP address, browser type, operating system, the pages you view on our Platform, the time and date of your visit, and other usage data.

• Information we collect from third-party sources: We may receive information about you from third-party sources, such as social media platforms or other services you use to access our Platform.

How we use information.

We use the information we collect from you to:

• Provide and improve our Platform, including personalizing your experience, monitoring and analyzing usage, and identifying and fixing technical issues.

• Communicate with you about our Platform, including responding to your inquiries, providing customer support, and sending you updates and other information about our Platform.

• Protect our Platform and our users, including to prevent fraud and other unauthorized activity, and to enforce our policies.

Account Deletion.

• User Deletion Choice: You have the option to delete your account and associated information from our Platform. To do so, please select "Delete Account" in the "Settings & Privacy" menu.

• Data Retention: Upon account deletion, we will remove or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable timeframe, except as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. Please note that some residual information may remain in our backups or archives but will not be accessible to others.

• Impact of Account Deletion: Deleting your account may result in the loss of access to certain features or content on the Platform. Additionally, any user-generated content you have contributed may remain on the Platform even after deletion, especially if shared or copied by other users.

• Information Retention: We may retain certain information about you as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as to prevent fraud, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, or enforce our policies. This retained information will be handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

• Deletion Request Handling: We will process your account deletion request promptly and in accordance with applicable laws. Please be aware that in some cases, we may need to verify your identity before processing the deletion request to protect the security of your account and information.

Changes to this Privacy Policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our Platform before the effective date of the changes.

END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE BIC APP. BY USING THE BIC APP, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT, DO NOT USE THE BIC APP.

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Beincom ("Licensor") for the use of the BIC app ("Application"). This Agreement applies to the use of the Application in both the web and mobile versions.

License Grant.

Licensor grants User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the BIC app solely for User's personal or internal business purposes. User may not sublicense, assign or transfer the BIC app, or any rights or obligations hereunder, without the prior written consent of Licensor. User may not copy or reproduce the BIC app, except as necessary to use it as permitted by this Agreement.

Ownership.

The BIC app, including all intellectual property rights therein, is and shall remain the sole property of Beincom. User acknowledges that the license granted herein does not give User any ownership or other proprietary interest in the BIC app.

User-Generated Content.

The BIC app is a user-generated content platform, and User acknowledges that Beincom has no control over the content posted by users. Beincom makes no representations or warranties as to the accuracy or completeness of any user-generated content, and User uses the BIC app at its own risk.

Restrictions on Use.

User shall not, and shall not permit others to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or underlying algorithms of the BIC app; (b) modify, translate, or create derivative works based on the BIC app; (c) rent, lease, distribute, sell, resell, assign, or otherwise transfer rights to the BIC app; (d) use the BIC app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation; (e) remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices from the BIC app or its content; or (f) use the BIC app to post any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.

Disclaimer of Warranties.

THE BIC APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. BEINCOM DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE BIC APP WILL MEET USER'S REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE BIC APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

Limitation of Liability.

BEINCOM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE BIC APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, EVEN IF BEINCOM HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Termination.

This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by either party. User may terminate this Agreement at any time by ceasing to use the BIC app. Beincom may terminate this Agreement immediately and without notice if User breaches any of the terms of this Agreement. Upon termination of this Agreement, User shall immediately cease using the BIC app and destroy

Governing Law.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Vietnam.

Note that this clause specifies that Vietnamese law will be the governing law for the EULA, and any legal disputes arising from or related to the EULA will be resolved by the courts of Vietnam.
